Application Download 

This is an alpha version of the software. It has been tested with many models, .pk3, and .pak files, but some bugs do remain and it may crash your system. As with any alpha release software, make backups of important files and be sure to save any work in open applications before launching PakRat.

If you find bugs, please report them. For best results, include information about your system configuration and instructions for how to reproduce the problem. Bug fix versions will be posted as the need arises.

Before you download, you should check out the system requirements. In particular note that PakRat is a Macintosh-only program. There is no software emulator that I know of to run it on Windows. Excellent hardware solutions are available here.

The source code is available on SourceForge. Launch Terminal on OS X and check out the source code from CVS. When prompted for a password for anonymous, just press return.
